1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the GitBit Vehicle Rental platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a valid Non-Professional or Professional Driver's License issued in the Philippines
• Provide accurate personal information during registration
• Have a valid payment method

GitBit Vehicle Rental reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To rent a vehicle, you must create an account by providing:

• Full legal name
• Valid email address
• Contact number
• Payment information
• Driver's license information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. RENTAL PROCESS

4.1 Reservations

All vehicle reservations must be made through the Platform and are subject to vehicle availability.

4.2 Rental Period

The rental period begins at the agreed pick-up time and ends at the agreed return time.

4.3 Vehicle Condition

You must inspect the vehicle before the rental period begins and report any existing damage.

4.4 Cancellation Policy

GitBit Vehicle Rental maintains a strict no-cancellation policy. Once a reservation is confirmed, no refunds will be provided for cancellations.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, online payment services (e.g., GCash, Maya), and cash on hand at pick-up.

5.2 Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required, the amount of which will be determined based on the vehicle type.

5.3 Additional Fees

• Late returns
• Vehicle damage
• Traffic violations
• Excessive mileage (if applicable)
• Cleaning fees (if returned in excessively dirty condition)

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate the vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes and within the Philippines.
• Not modify or alter the vehicle in any way.
• Not use the vehicle for commercial purposes unless specifically authorized.
• Not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs your ability to operate the vehicle.
• Return the vehicle in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear.

7. DAMAGES AND INSURANCE

7.1 Damage Assessment

Any damage to the vehicle will be assessed by the vehicle owner and/or a qualified mechanic.

7.2 Payment for Damages

You are responsible for paying all costs associated with damages to the vehicle during your rental period.

7.3 Insurance

Details of any included insurance coverage will be provided at the time of rental. Additional insurance options may be available.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Personal injuries or property damage resulting from vehicle use
• Loss of personal belongings left in vehicles
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions or vehicle availability

9. TERMINATION

GitBit Vehicle Rental reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Platform, GitBit Vehicle Rental, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
